Shipping policy
Where we deliver
We deliver to all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates only. We do not ship to other GCC countries or internationally.
Delivery fees
- Free UAE delivery on all orders (no minimum order value).
- Cash on delivery (COD) is free (no COD fee).
Dispatch and delivery times
- Orders are typically delivered within 2 business days across the UAE (Sunday to Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays).
- Delivery can take longer during sales, holidays or bad weather.
Courier and tracking
Orders are delivered by our UAE courier partners. When your order ships, you will get a tracking link by email and/or SMS. Scheduled delivery (choosing a date or time) is not available.
Payment options
- Cash on delivery (COD) is available across the UAE at no extra fee.
- Pay later with Tabby: split your order into 4 interest-free payments at checkout.
- Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Failed or refused deliveries
Please make sure someone can receive the order at the address and phone number you give us. If a delivery fails after the courier's attempts, or a COD order is refused, the order is returned to us and cancelled. Prepaid orders are refunded in full (UAE delivery is free).
Damaged parcels
If the parcel looks damaged when it arrives, please note it with the courier and email us at info@icandybeauty.ae within 7 days with photos. See our Refund Policy.
