Refund policy

Returns within 14 days

You can return products bought on icandybeauty.ae within 14 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused and sealed, in their original packaging and with proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Hygiene exceptions

For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of fragrances, body care or other cosmetics that have been opened, sprayed, tested or used, or whose seal, cap, label or packaging is damaged or missing. This does not apply if the item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, leaking, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery at info@icandybeauty.ae with your order number and a photo or video. We will replace the item or refund you, and we cover the return shipping in these cases.

How to start a return

  1. Email info@icandybeauty.ae with the subject "Return request", your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will reply with the return instructions and, where available, arrange a courier pick-up.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. We cover return shipping when the item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether it is approved. Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days:

  • Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay: refunded to the original payment method. Your bank may take extra time to show it on your statement.
  • Tabby: refunded through Tabby, which updates or cancels your remaining instalments.
  • Cash on delivery: refunded by bank transfer to an account in the customer's name, or as store credit.

Store credit for the full value of the returned item is also available if you prefer. Because UAE delivery is free, there is normally no delivery fee to deduct on refunds.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different scent is to return the unopened item and place a new order.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by emailing info@icandybeauty.ae with your order number. Once an order has been handed to the courier, you can refuse the delivery or return it under this policy.
