Orders & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@icandybeauty.ae. Once the order has been packed and handed to our logistics partner, modifications may not be possible.

Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Currently, we only accept online payments through our secure payment gateway. We do not offer Cash on Delivery at this time.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship to?

We currently ship across the UAE. International shipping options are coming soon.

Q: How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location within the UAE. Standard delivery typically takes 2-5 business days. Payment approval may take up to 24 business hours depending on your payment method.

Q: Are ICANDY perfumes made in Dubai?

Yes! All ICANDY fragrances are proudly crafted in Dubai, UAE, using premium ingredients and expert perfumery techniques.

Q: What sizes are available?

Most of our Eau de Parfum fragrances are available in 100ml bottles. Check individual product pages for specific size options.

Q: Are your perfumes long-lasting?

Yes, all ICANDY fragrances are Eau de Parfum (EDP) concentration, which means they offer excellent longevity and projection throughout the day.

Q: Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Our perfumes are formulated with high-quality ingredients. However, if you have sensitive skin, we recommend testing a small amount on your wrist before full application. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details.

Q: How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Credit card refunds may take up to three billing cycles to reflect on your statement.
