Order Cancellation Policy

This page applies to orders placed on icandybeauty.ae. It follows our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

1. Cancelling an order

Before dispatch: email info@icandybeauty.ae or WhatsApp +971 56 473 4427 with the subject "Order Cancellation" and your order number. We will cancel the order and refund the full amount to the original payment method (or cancel your Tabby plan).

After dispatch: we may not be able to stop the parcel. You can refuse the delivery. When the parcel returns to us, we will complete the cancellation and refund any prepaid amount in full (UAE delivery is free).

2. Change of mind (14 days)

You can return unopened, unused and sealed products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances and cosmetics cannot be returned. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping.

3. Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Please check your order on delivery. If the parcel looks damaged, note it with the courier. Email info@icandybeauty.ae within 7 days of delivery with a photo or video and your order number. We will replace the item or refund you.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days: to your card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; through Tabby for Tabby orders; by bank transfer (to an account in the customer's name) or store credit for cash-on-delivery orders.
